1. Print-on-Demand Products
Because products are custom-made:
- Returns or refunds are only accepted for defective or incorrect items
- We do not accept returns for size issues, colour preference, or change of mind
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide photographs and order details
- Approved claims will be handled by Printful or other Print on Demand Company.
3. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once in production, cancellation is not possible.
4. Affiliate Products
Products purchased via affiliate links:
- Are governed entirely by the third-party retailer’s policies
- Avigator cannot process refunds or returns for these items
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
